Using this site
You may browse mpalastudio.com for personal and business purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or misuse the contact form or the booking calendar.
Content and marks
The Mpala Studio name, logo, copy, code and original media on this site belong to Mpala Studio unless stated otherwise. Client names and live sites linked from the Works section belong to their respective owners and are shown with their permission.
No offer
Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Projects are governed by a separate written agreement that sets out scope, price, terms and any ongoing hosting or care, including how to cancel it.
Booking a call
Calls are free, have no obligation attached and can be moved or cancelled from the calendar invite or by email. We may reschedule if something urgent comes up, and will tell you as early as we can.
What you send us
If you send us a brief, an idea or a file, you confirm you have the right to share it. We treat it as confidential and use it only to respond to you and to scope potential work. We do not claim ownership of anything you send.
Accuracy
We keep this site current but do not guarantee that everything on it is complete or up to date at all times. Nothing here is professional advice for your specific situation.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Links
We link to client sites and third-party services we do not control and are not responsible for their content.

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Mpala Studio is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract, including under Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act.
